Networking and meeting new people still tends to be one of the hottest ways of landing that new job. Aviation is a tight nit group and personal relationships tend to carry lots of weight. Use this to your advantage and never be afraid to meet new people.

Some aviation mechanic schools will provide tools. This can be beneficial while first starting school. Eventually you will need to start a collection of tools.
